How it Works:

  1. Sign Up: Register for a free Ship North account.
  2. Use Our Warehouse Address: Shop online and use your CUSTOM Ship North address for delivery.
  3. Easy Tracking: Get notified via email and see your parcels listed in your Ship North account when they arrive at our warehouse.
  4. Consolidated Shipping: We repack your items into fewer boxes to save you money.
  5. Payment and Delivery: Receive a PayPal invoice (from Miki D Distributors Inc), pay it, and we'll ship your parcels to you. Track your shipment easily through your Ship North account.

Free Repacking Service

Save more by shopping in batches. We consolidate multiple parcels into one box, passing the savings on to you. Be sure to pay ONLY when ALL your items have arrived and been processed at our warehouse (if you want them re-packed together).

Oversized Parcels

Shipping oversized items (anything over 66lb)? No problem. If items can't ship through Canada Post (see their restrictions here), we offer discounted rates with UPS and Purolator, making shipping more affordable. Feel free to request a shipping estimate before you make your purchase.

Serving Quebec

We cater to shipping needs throughout Canada, including Quebec. If certain retailers cannot ship products to Quebec due to language regulations, we're here to help. Ship your items to our Ontario-based warehouse, and we'll handle re-packaging and direct shipping to you.

Our pricing model is simple and straightforward.

Our pricing is straightforward. Here's how it works:

  1. Package Handling Fee: We charge a small fee based on the weight of the packages you send to our warehouse.
  2. Best Value Shipping: We find the most cost-effective shipping option for your parcels. This allows you to take advantage of free or low-cost shipping for as much of the journey as possible.
  3. Total Cost: Your total cost is the sum of the handling fee and the cost of the chosen shipping option to your forwarding address.

In short, you pay a small fee for handling, and we do our best to minimize your shipping costs by choosing the most economical shipping option.

Our Handling Fees

We charge a small fee for handling each package you send to our warehouse. The fee is based on the weight of the package.

We charge a minimum of $7 for each package and an additional $2 for each additional 10 pounds over 10.

How do I pay for Ship North services?
We offer flexible payment options. You can pay through PayPal, credit card, or EMT (Email Money Transfer) to orders@shipnorth.ca.
What is "repacking" and how does it work?
You can save money by doing your online shopping in batches. Whenever we receive more than one parcel for the same person, we automatically pack them together into a single box (if they fit), before we re-ship the box to you. It is much cheaper for us to ship one large box than it is to ship multiple small boxes. We do the work of consolidating all your parcels, and we pass the savings on to you! Our customers often save up to $20 for each item we repack.

If you want to take advantage of this service, then do not pay your invoice until all your items have arrived and been processed at our warehouse. We will keep repacking your items and updating your invoice to show the total cost. When you pay, then we ship out everything that has accumulated.
How long can my packages stay at Ship North?
Customers have up to 1 month to accumalate their purchases. We'll keep repacking your items together until you're ready to pay. Once you've paid, we'll ship them to you promptly.
What happens if my purchases are damaged?
Sometimes the products that arrive at our warehouse are damaged. If we get a box that looks like it might have been damaged in shipping, then we will open it up and check the contents before we re-ship it to you. If the contents are OK, then we repack it into a stronger box and send it on as usual. If something is damaged, then we send you an email, and give you the option of returning it to the seller or having it re-shipped to you in spite of the damage. We do not charge handling fees on damaged items that are being returned. This is another free service provided by Ship North.
How big a package can I ship using Ship North?
Ship North is limited by the size of packages our courier companies can deliver. Most of the packages we reship are sent with Canada Post, since they are the cheapest option for remote regions. Canada Post's size and weight limits can be seen here. Bigger items can be shipped through UPS. You can see the UPS size and weight limits here.
How do I register for Ship North services?
Simply sign up to receive your personalized Ship North address. Use this address when making online purchases, and we'll take care of the rest.
